In the rural farm town of Appleton, Wisconsin, a harsh winter has set in. A rogue figure named Mitchell has returned to the town he once terrorized. Maddy Ballister lost her father at the hands of Mitchell and now she's ready to find him and settle the score.
Very competent cinematography, decent directing and editing, adequate sets, unnoticeable music score... All in all, still worth watching, and not only for the indie lovers.

Creative, Witty and ComicalNed Deedry, a conspiracy theorist and Extra-Terrestrial enthusiast, had always dreamed of making contact with other-worldly visitors. But, when that day finally arrived, things don't play out the way he'd hoped. I've been watching Film Riot since 2009 and it is a joy to see U.FOh Yeah showcase as amongst their best work. The storytelling and cinematography are well craft [...]
Solid and Bold indie thriller A husband and wife tangle with an investigator over her dead brother's million-dollar insurance policy. Visually, it's so beautiful... and yet stark and haunting (apparently it was filmed in Iceland). But what I really found engaging was that it was a noir-esquire mystery but with a very realistic feel. When opportunities present themselves for the film to go down a [...]
